ABSTRACT AND MANUSCRIPT SUBMISSION

Abstract. Provide an abstract in English which states concisely the objectives and the results of the paper in not more than 250 words. The abstract should include title, names and affiliations of all authors, contact email and telephone of corresponding author. Do not cite any reference in the abstract. A list of 4-6 keywords should be included on this page.

Manuscript. The manuscript must be prepared as Author Guidelines of Journal of Biotechnology (Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology) which can be downloaded from the symposium website. The manuscripts are of high quality and in of scope of the symposium will be ed to publish in a Special Issue of Journal of Biotechnology.

REGISTRATION AND FEES

Registration. Participants who are AFOB’s members are requested to perform online registration on the website of AFOB at http://registration.afob.org. Others can register online at www.husc.edu.vn/ars2016 no later than December 30th 2015.

Publication fee. Article processing charge (APC) is 40 USD (foreign authors) or 800,000 VND (Vietnamese authors) per manuscript. This fee is used as payments for two reviewers and editors. This fee should be transferred through the university’s account when the manuscript is submitted. The authors per article will receive one print edition of this issue free of charge. In case the others would like to receive one more print edition, they should pay 500,000 VND.

Symposium fee which will be collected at the registration desk, is 200 USD for each foreign participant, 100 USD for each accompanying foreign person and 500,000 VND for each Vietnamese participant. Each graduate student will receive a remission of 50%. The fee covers materials in the symposium and all activities during symposium such as full attendance of sessions, cultural tour, lunches, coffee-breaks, etc. Participants who are AFOB’s members will transfer this fee through the AFOB’s account. Others will pay this fee at the registration desk on the symposium day.
